Texas Higher Education IT Leadership Summit 2023

The Center for Digital Education is offering a Texas Higher Education IT Leadership Summit for those working to grow their technology leadership careers. Areas to be explored include principles of managing, how to lead with the right influence, communications/collaboration strategies, problem solving tips, and ways to manage time during hectic periods. Those attending will gain an improved understanding of how to build, recruit, retain, think outside the box, manage through change, and plan for what comes next for their institution.
