The African American Federal Executive Association (AAFEA) and Royal Consulting Firm, LLC, have partnered to offer this customized professional development program experience for federal employees at the GS-12 through GS-15, or equivalent.

In accordance with the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) Priority Goal #1 – Strengthening and Empowering the Federal Workforce, this Summit is designed to inform, educate, and enhance individual leadership competencies, with an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.  As the nation continues to emerge from COVID-19, leaders find themselves in the midst of a social justice and equity awakening, as well as economic, environmental, and political challenges. They are called upon to navigate the unchartered organizational terrain to maintain and sustain organizational effectiveness and mission accomplishment.

In response to this need, we have secured leading experts from the public and private sector to equip leaders with the latest research and best practices that will provide a framework for maximizing leadership success.  Participants will take away empowering principles and practices that will yield greater self-awareness, insight, and practical tools.
