Government Innovation Colorado

The State of Colorado is known by both reputation and practice for being a pioneer.

From the City and County of Denver creating nationally renowned process improvement programs to the State being the first in the nation to legalize cannabis recreationally, the Centennial State’s public servants blaze an innovative trail with whatever they do.

Transformation and true innovation are best achieved with diverse collaborators, authentic communication, and a shared, inclusive technological baseline. Tremendous opportunities exist for Colorado’s public servants in the realms of improving processes, managing data, recruiting and retaining new generations of talent, and aligning and upgrading technology. Intense dichotomies within the State can stymie change. Stark urban-rural divides, asymmetric technology access, and a politically divided constituency are prime examples.

How can Colorado’s public sector leaders address and overcome these significant challenges? What lessons can the State’s professionals share with each other to operate more collaboratively and effectively? How can government entities engage with Coloradoans to restore resident trust and bridge historic divides?

Public Sector Network’s first annual Government Innovation Colorado event will bring together government professionals from across the State and region to tackle these dynamic topics and share relevant insights. Join this exciting conversation and help accelerate innovation in the Centennial State!
