Speaker and Presenter Information

Steven Casazza is a visionary and a big-picture thinker. His role as President of Defense Trade Solutions is vital in leading DTS’s client services. Steven has built his expertise through more than a decade of guiding defense trade planning in the areas of security cooperation, technology security and foreign disclosure (TSFD), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and global trade.

Chanel Gargula is a DTS solutions team lead. She specializes in navigating successful paths through ITAR authorizations and Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) requirements in Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales. Prior to joining DTS, Chanel was a senior analyst and compliance specialist at Raytheon Technologies. She studied at the University of Rhode Island and Zhejiang University in China, and earned her MBA from Salve Regina University.
