Agency Spotlight: Data-Fueled Service Delivery at USDA

In their most recent IT Strategic Framework the Department of Agriculture outlined five key priorities: Accelerating Digital Transformation, Driving Innovation in Support of the USDA Mission, Improving IT Organizational Agility, Building Resilience and Enabling Data-Driven Decision Making. At the heart of all of these initiatives is the desire to provide positive customer experiences to USDA’s many constituents. During this digital event, Nextgov/FCW will explore how data-driven tools are improving service delivery and advancing mission goals across the federal government, with a special spotlight on the USDA. We’ll discuss top data initiatives, efforts to better connect disparate data sources, strategies for integrating and analyzing data and how all of this is helping to advance USDA’s mission.
