Health IT 2024 Diggin' Into Data



Data plays a crucial role in government health IT. It is used to evaluate program impact, determine appropriate interventions, monitor progress, target populations, identify barriers, and influence policy Federal Government Health IT organizations are tasked with monitoring tends in science, technology, and data for their impact on public health and to improve each agencies’ respective efficiency and effectiveness. In support of these responsibilities, agencies develop strategies concerning data management and data itself. These strategies are often focused on stewardship, security, quality control, analysis, and real-time use of data.
