Red Hat Developer Hub is based on Project Janus, a framework for building developer portals. Project Janus is a powerful and flexible framework that provides a solid foundation for building security focused, scalable, and easy-to-use developer portals.

Join Red Hat and your local community to explore the power of the Red Hat Developer Hub in a hands-on demonstration. During this time, we will use Red Hat Developer Hub to build a simple application using Backstage—a tool for managing application programming interfaces (APIs) and other developer artifacts, providing a central location for developers to find, understand, and use the APIs that they need. We will also use Red Hat SSO for authentication and local GitLab for source code management.
