Gretchen Peri, Managing Director, Slalom

Gretchen Peri serves as Slalom’s Americas Lead for Public & Social Impact, helping Slalom build better tomorrows for all with its state and local government, education, and non-profit clients. Gretchen’s early experiences in the public sector inspired her passion for helping governments deliver great services to communities. During her 12+ years with Slalom, she has held various roles, most notably starting the firm’s inaugural public sector practice. Today, Slalom serves public and social impact organizations through a network of 40+ local markets. Gretchen serves on the King County (Seattle, WA) Strategic Advisory Council and has been recognized with several awards, including Consulting Magazine’s 2023 Women Leaders in Technology - Excellence in Innovation.

De Ana Thompson, Court Leader, Amazon Web Services

De Ana leads Amazon Web Services’ engagement with state and local courts. In this role, she aligns courts, associations, administrators, and vendors around solutions that streamline court cases, expand access to procedural fairness, and improve trust, confidence, and transparency in the justice system. Prior to AWS, De Ana spent 25 years with San Bernardino County working with state, local, and city government to make constituent official records more accessible. De Ana spearheaded efforts to make San Bernardino County one of the most innovative recorder clerks in the country.

Sean McSpaden — Moderator, Senior Fellow, Center for Digital Government

Sean McSpaden is an executive level information technology professional with over 30 years of experience in the private, non-profit, and public sectors. His background includes the start-up and management of several small businesses and he has served on the Board of Directors or in Executive Director positions for several 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Sean’s public service experience includes progressively responsible positions as an IT analyst, and in statewide coordination, management and leadership positions within the Executive and Legislative branches of Oregon state government. From June 2008 to September 2013, served as the state of Oregon’s Deputy State Chief Information Officer.
