Akshay Prabhu is a seasoned Software Engineering Leader experienced in building and delivering highly scalable products from scratch in the cloud with the latest and greatest tech stack for high value transactions and systems at Capital One. He has a proven track record of spearheading the development and delivery of intricate delivery products while navigating the complexities of the payments landscape across multiple payment rails like ACH, wire as well as the new industry standard of Real-Time Payments. In addition to leading software development teams, Prabhu is also a thought leader with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into accessible insights through iterative and fast- paced delivery. Currently, in his role at Capital One, Prabhu leads high-performing delivery teams for building a serverless platform in the cloud that will support high-value transactions in the credit card domain.
