HCMD 2010

The HCMD training conference is a cross-Service examination of the strategies and best practices for the management of human capital throughout the Defense Community. Now in its 5th year, HCMD has become the must-attend event with over 300 HR practitioners attending annually.

Managing human capital is an ongoing challenge and always a top priority for the DoD. With a new administration and changing global security landscape yielding a great deal of uncertainty, how will the Defense Community meet current challenges of the retiree boom, BRAC, civilian force development and the in-sourcing initiative as well as other issues currently impacting the Defense workforce?
