Melvin Greer Senior Fellow, Lockheed Martin Chief Strategist Cloud Computing NCOIC Cloud Working Group Vice Chair Cloud Security Alliance, Advisory Board Member Cloud Standards Customer Council, Steering Committee Chair As Senior Fellow and Chief Strategist SOA &Cloud Computing, Mr. Greer develops actionable SOA and Cloud computing strategy and functions as a principal investigator in advanced research studies. He significantly advances the body of knowledge in basic research and critical, highly advanced engineering and scientific disciplines. He is adjunct faculty at three universities and is an accomplished author, “The Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture” and “Software as a Service Inflection Point” are his most recently published books. Greer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology and his Master of Science in Information Systems from American University, Wash. D.C. He also completed he Post Graduate Program in Executive Leadership, at Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School.
