Eielson AFB

Building on the 2012 event, FBC will be hosting the 5th Annual Eielson AFB Technology Expo. Industry vendors will have the opportunity to display their products and services to personnel on base that may otherwise be unattainable. This event is part of a 2 day series with the Joint Base Elemendorf-Richarson (JBER) Expo taking place on May 15, 2012.

Attendees
2012 attendees included personnel with titles such as: Commander, Deputy Commander, Director of Operations, IT Specialist, Communications Specialist, Communications Planner, Range Engineer, Section Chief, GIS Analyst, Network Administrator, Information Management Officer (IMO), NEC IMO and more.

FBC will be working with the event host, 354th Communications Squadron, to promote the expo to everyone on base. FBC will also invite 507th Signal Company personnel/Network Enterprise Center (NEC) from nearby Fort Wainwright and Information Management Officers stationed there.

Event Host
The 354th Communications Squadron manages, operates, maintains and provides command and control communications and computer systems, navigational aids and information management services, supporting the 354th Fighter Wing's (and other tenant organizations) combat and combat support missions.

About Eielson AFB
Eielson AFB, Alaska is the home to the 354th Fighter Wing, assigned to the 11th Air Force in the major command of the Pacific Air Forces. The 354th FW supports operations, maintenance, mission support and medical functions of the Pacific, and is host to 10 tenant units, to include Alaska's Air National Guard 168th Air Refueling Wing.
