The theme of the conference is International Insights & Innovation. 
This theme reflects the continuing need for diversity and inclusion professionals to expand their competence with global issues affecting our profession. Conference break out sessions will identify salient issues that merge local understandings of diversity and inclusion with a world view. Innovative initiatives with an international focus will also add to the depth of breakout sessions for the conference.
