Incurred Cost Submissions - It's Not Too Early!

June 30th is just around the corner and the nightmare returns. It’s time to develop your plan of attack for the completion, review and submission of your incurred cost submission (ICS) by June 30th (within 180 days after the end of your fiscal year). As you begin to work through the planning process, our experts will update you on some of the hot topics associated with ICS to help you evaluate risk and challenges based on the “brave new world” associated with the perpetual incurred cost submission.

Some of the current topics our expert will address include:

  • The current requirements for the incurred cost submission.
  • DCAA’s current checklist for ICS adequacy and some of the common mistakes causing resubmission.
  • GAO’s recent audit report outlining DCAA’s significant backlog and DCAA’s proposed action plan.
  • The Statute of Limitations and the potential Impact of recent court decisions on older, unaudited submissions.

Please join Mr. David Eck, former DCAA Regional Director and a Director in Dixon Hughes Goodman’s Government Contract Consulting Service and, and Mr. Todd Bishop, a Director with Dixon Hughes Goodman with over 22 years of experience in working with DCAA, as they walk you through this current event refresher associated with incurred cost submissions.
