Creating Winning Proposals: Proposal Principles for Technical Volume



Every for-profit business is in business to make a return that is competitive, reasonable, and sustainable. This course provides small business owners with the resources, framework, and reference materials to create proposals that are compliant, competitive, and compelling. This program also provides information about the lens through which the evaluators evaluate and respond to business proposals for both services, products and solutions.
