ChallengeHER Atlanta

American Express OPEN, the Small Business Administration (SBA) and Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) launched ChallengeHER – a joint initiative to promote the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Program, bring more women-owned firms into the federal government’s supply chain and provide an avenue for government agencies to meet qualified women-owned contractors.

The event will help women-owned small businesses (WOSB) learn how to take part in the WOSB Federal Contract Program and provide them with resources and knowledge to help grow their businesses through federal contracting.

The event will allow attendees to: 

• Participate in Federal Contracting 101 and WOSB program workshops
• Receive contracting advice and learn about resources in the local community
• Learn updates on current Procurement Policy and the WOSB Program
• Meet other WOSB and EDWOSB Firms working in their field
