US Department of Energy Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization - Business Opportunity Session
The US Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is presenting a Business Opportunity Session (BOS), to share DOE initiatives and upcoming procurement opportunities; to further the ability of HUBZone and other small businesses to support our mission.
This confirmed-invitation-only event will feature:
- Insight into potential procurements in the upcoming fiscal years
- Key agency and prime contractor procurement representatives
- An update on the current status of the HUBZone Program
- opportunities to network with HUBZone and other small businesses.
Important notes about those seeking to attend our BOS:
- There is limited seating, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, corresponding to the order in which attendance RSVPs are received. (Registration instructions follow below).
- All attendees must be US citizens
- A current, government-issued photo ID will be required for access into the building for the event.
- To speed the entrance and exit security process, please refrain from bringing laptops or tablets to the event.
- Please plan to take public transportation to the event, as street parking is limited.
- Check-in, and badging of confirmed attendees will begin at 7:30a.m. on Monday 29 July, 2013.
- This is a complimentary event. Lunch is available for purchase at the DOE's cafeteria and in-building Subway Sandwich Shop, and Dunkin Donuts.
