Strategic CIO Workshop: Building the Agentic Campus

Name: Strategic CIO Workshop: Building the Agentic Campus
Start: 2026-11-05T12:00:00Z
End: 2026-11-05T18:00:00Z
Location: St Thomas University Lee & Penny Anderson Arena

Higher education is entering the agentic AI era, but no single platform can deliver it alone. This workshop brings together technology leaders to give campus CIOs a blueprint for building an "Agentic Campus".

You'll hear how CRM data, HR/financial/student systems and data lakes come together into a single data foundation that AI agents can act on.
We will discuss establishing a modern data foundation, funding options like philanthropy and corporate partners and leave you with a practical roadmap for AI adoption across admissions, student success athletics and operations.

Join fellow CIOs from Minnesota and the surrounding region for an afternoon of strategy, peer conversation and a networking reception.

Learn how to build a strong data foundation for your Agentic Campus:

Set yourself up for success in the AI era, including getting data AI ready and using tools to expose data AI Agents.
Explore funding paths including philanthropy and corporate partnerships to make the AI transformation affordable.
Walk away with a blueprint for building your own "Agentic Campus," grounded in real technology decisions, not theory.
Connect with fellow CIOs from Minnesota and the region facing the same challenges.
Close out the afternoon with a networking reception to keep the conversation going.
