Having Problems Logging In?

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser.  If you didn't turn this off on purpose, they most likely are.  Cookies are needed to remember who you are after we sign in.  This is the way other sites such as banks,  facebook, etc remember you .
  2. Make sure you don't have caps lock on. For passwords, the case must match exactly.
  3. Use the form above to reset your password.  We encrypt all passwords so instead of sending you your password, we send you a link to reset it.  Simply enter in your username or email in the form below and hit Send Email.  Please be sure to check your spam folder for the message if it doesn't come to your Inbox right away.
  4. If all else fails Contact Us.  We will reset your password and try to help you troubleshoot the situation.  Things we need are: your username, your operating system (OSX, Windows XP, Windows Vista etc), and your web browser (Firefox 3, IE 6, IE 7,  Safari 3).  Often times you can find your browser information by clicking Help >> About [Your browser].
