IDGA’s Homeland Security Week Summit is a premier forum bringing together senior leaders from the Department of Homeland Security, federal law enforcement, state and local agencies, and industry partners to address the most pressing challenges facing the U.S. homeland security enterprise.
Taking place in March, the Summit will explore current and emerging priorities across border and immigration security, counterterrorism, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, emergency management, and public–private collaboration. Through expert-led discussions, case studies, and strategic briefings, attendees will gain practical insights into policy implementation, operational best practices, and the role of technology in strengthening national resilience.
Homeland Security Week provides a unique opportunity for government professionals to engage directly with peers and decision-makers, share lessons learned, and stay informed on the strategies and solutions shaping the future of homeland security.

Digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) will accelerate energy innovation and enhance security requirements, fundamentally changing how resources are produced, managed, supplied, and consumed.
However, rising electricity demands, the proliferation of advanced data center technologies, grid modernization, a resurgence of nuclear power, cybersecurity threats, geopolitical pressures, and many other factors are drastically shaping the future of energy. At the same time, our critical infrastructure is reaching maximum capacity. Nevertheless, we can tackle these challenges through collaborative dialogue and modern solutions. Together, we will create a more resilient and sustainable energy future.
This year’s Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment (EIE) Summit aims to address these pressing issues by emphasizing the collaborative efforts of U.S. federal agencies in responding to and delivering innovative solutions that modernize, secure, scale, and address energy demands and threats.
Public sector thought leaders will share how federal agencies respond to and deliver innovative solutions that modernize, secure, scale, and solve energy demands and threats. Topics to be explored will cover:
- Critical Data - Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, & Security
- Emerging Technology - GenAI, Agentic AI, & Modern Infrastructure
- Digital Transformation & Innovation - Digital Twinning, Material Science & Energy Innovation
- Cybersecurity - Emerging Threats, Post Quantum Cryptography & Compliance
- Operational Technologies - OT Security, IT/OT Convergence & Industrial Control Systems
- Cross-Agency Collaboration
Join us for EIE 2025 to hear government leaders discuss these and other key priorities and initiatives.
