The USDA Cybersecurity Expo 2026 will be a virtual event providing its active participants with information and resources on today's vulnerabilities, incidents, security lifecycle, risks and mitigations. It will also identify ways to work together and build a solid security foundation program to meet future challenges and trends in cybersecurity.

The theme for the 2026 Expo is Cyber Resilience in a Digital World. Some speaking topics will include:

• Building Cyber Resilience across Agriculture
• Advanced Persistent Threats
• Zero Trust

The USDA forecasts high attendance at this event. Attendees will include senior executives, chief information officers (CIOs), information systems security program managers (ISSPMs), personnel from the USDA workforce, and federal and industry partners. The expected attendee audience is both IT professionals and those non-IT professionals who are assigned IT security roles.

Berkeley Labs will host the Annual LabTech Symposium on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. LabTech is a free event created by, and for, lab staff that focuses on computing and technology for science and operations. LabTech will feature technical tutorials, discussion sessions, networking opportunities, demonstrations, industry exhibits and more. LabTech is a multi-track one-day conference, with tracks aimed at scientists, technologists, and support staff. This is the IT Division's flagship outreach and community event for computing at the Laboratory. This is the only IT focused event with industry exhibit opportunities hosted at Berkeley each year. Exhibition:
An industry exposition will run in conjunction with LabTech sessions and activities. The exhibits will be located outdoors beneath canopies outside of the IT Division building and is in-between the two buildings where the LabTech sessions take place. This is an excellent opportunity to network with Berkeley Lab employees. All Berkeley Lab employees as well as technology staff from Livermore Lab, UCB, SLAC and Stanford will be invited to attend.

The Army's 'cyber center of gravity' is at Fort Gordon.

It's the home of the U.S. Army Signal Corps, Cyber Corps, Cyber Protection Brigade, and the Cyber Center of Excellence. So, if your product or service is cyber-related, Fort Gordon is where you want to be.

The Fort's 2026 Cyber Training Day provides an excellent opportunity for IT, cybersecurity and tactical technology-oriented companies to network face-to-face with the Army's key IT, communications, and cybersecurity personnel.

All Fort Gordon staff – including some Navy, Air Force, Marines and multinational cyber forces that operate and train there – are invited. Most of the 100 expected attendees come from the Cyber Protection Brigade and Military Intelligence. Last year's attendees were a small but influential group. Job titles included:
