Export Control Reform for Category XII

Sensors, Lasers, Optics, Cameras, Targeting Systems and Night Vision companies take note.

Export control reform kicks off for Category XII as State and Commerce issue proposed rules in May. The proposed rules will have a significant impact on companies that make night vision systems and components, military guidance and control equipment and other electronic components. Why pay attention if the rule is not final? Because you won't have any say in the final rule if you don’t spend some time to understand the changes and provide comments to the US Government. The comment period closes on July 6^th, 2015 and final rules should come by the end of the year.

This webinar will include Powerpoint slides, live video and commentary from Felice Laird who has 30 years’ experience in training on US export controls. Webinar participants are invited to submit questions during the webinar; the final 30 minutes of the webinar will be allotted to answering attendees' questions.
