Teresa L.G. Lewis -- Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Teresa is responsible for implementing and managing the Department’s small business program. She is responsible for ensuring that all small businesses have the “maximum practicable opportunity ”to participate in providing goods and services to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Prior to joining HHS, Teresa was the OSDBU Director at the Department of Treasury and held many positions within the Small Business Administration.
