“GSA Schedules for Government Personnel” is a special one-day workshop that focuses on how government agencies can best navigate the Schedules and the ordering process for supplies and services, including the use of Federal Supply Schedules and FAR Subpart 8.4. You’ll also learn what your ability is to limit sources, how to establish Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs), and other unique elements of Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) that will expedite your agency’s contracting time for commercial procurements.

Speaker and Presenter Information

Tommy Benton is a retired Senior Procurement Analyst for the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service in the Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) Policy Division. He served as the Chief of MAS Policy, where he developed and presented multiple training courses on the proper use of the MAS Program through online and classroom presentations. As a former DAWIA Level III Navy Contracting Officer and a member of the U.S. Navy Acquisition Professional Community, he also holds additional Level III certifications as FAC-C, FAC-COR, and FAC-PPM.
