17th Annual Gangs Across the Carolinas

This year's schedule has been finalized. Tentative classes will include North Carolina Street Gang Overview & GangNet, Gangs and Officer Safety, Threat Posed by Military Trained Gang Members, US Army Criminal Investigative Command (CID) Resources for the Gang Investigator, Valentine Bloods, Black Hebrew Israelites, Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), and Investigative Techniques of an Undercover Gang Infiltration. 

The NCGIA will also be offering a Gangs 101 class for those who arrive the night before (which is also open to the public) and will be hosting the 9th Annual NCGIA Awards Banquet.
