Tory is a Senior Sales Engineer at NETSCOUT who works with the Federal Government’s civilian accounts to provide service assurance and network monitoring solutions. Tory has more than 18 years of experience in the Network industry that began with managing and monitoring the Internet backbone at UUNET to becoming a Network Engineer for the U.S. Senate. At the Senate, Tory became the lead for managing the network monitoring tools where he managed and utilized NETSCOUT’s enterprise solution to resolve network issues.
