AFCEA New Horizons Diversity Series Presents Ms. Caroline Mailloux, an independent consultant on designing organizations for diversity, belonging, and innovation.
As part of AFCEA New Horizons, we are proud to bring you a Diversity series featuring speakers discussing the importance of diversity and inclusion in STEM and Technology.
On January 27th, we welcome Ms. Caroline Mailloux, an independent consultant on designing organizations for diversity, belonging, and innovation. She is an organization transformation leader, organization designer, and diversity, equity, and belonging practitioner. She has worked in and consulted for both nonprofits and corporate entities and believes that, independent of mission, employee-centered change is key to organizational and customer/client success. Prior consulting work includes Synchrony Financial, Merck KGaA, MITRE Corporation, McCormick & Company, Under Armour, ComEd, Community College of RI, KAO, and Women’s World Banking. Mailloux has worked, studied, and traveled in more than 30 countries and holds a degree in Development Studies from Brown University in Providence, RI, as well as fellowships at the American University in Dubai, UAE, and at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
She is a proud disabled woman and enjoys exploration of places and possibilities; she is currently learning how to sail with the long term dream of living on a sailboat full time and working towards a certification to become a professional death doula. Mailloux is the daughter of a retired Lt. Colonel in the US Army Reserve and the sister of an 82nd Airborne Ranger currently serving in Afghanistan.
