Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity - An Open Forum
This event qualifies for * CPEs
Examine how government and industry is adapting to the shifting landscape for cybersecurity
- Standards and Interoperability – Standards are essential for defining interfaces and environments to facilitate interoperability, especially in space systems. Through the collaborative development of standards, space system owners, operators and users find commonality while decreasing unique configurations and traditional barriers in the development effort. This symposium will explore the linkages between standards and interoperability in the system architectures and cybersecurity to support greater efficiencies, promote cost savings, reduce threats, and increase the probability of mission success.
- Cloud Architectures – Cloud enterprise-level guidance for establishing threshold cybersecurity requires architecture with integrated deterrence principals. These need to tap into fundamental components, including capabilities and design patterns to address threats that exist both inside and outside traditional network boundaries. This symposium will examine these components along with automated response actions and advantages that can be enabled in cloud architectures through rapid elasticity and procurement planning at the design and build phase.
