Solicitation Assistant Agent: An AI-powered assistant that helped users quickly find, compare, and access solicitation requirements, deadlines, and related documents directly within Salesforce. Integrated with SharePoint for instant access to supporting files, it also created Salesforce opportunities and related records automatically from solicitation details.

File Assistant Agent: An intelligent file companion that read, analyzed, and summarized documents, PDFs, and images stored in Salesforce. It extracted key details, converted documents into standardized formats, and pulled structured content (including markdown) directly from files for easier reuse and reporting. Precise Source Grounding mapped every extraction to its exact location in the source text, enabling visual highlighting for easy traceability and verification.

Healthcare Compliance Assistant: A specialized AI that reviewed medical equipment documentation, checked for FDA and Joint Commission compliance, and provided actionable insights to maintain regulatory readiness across healthcare facilities.
