Speakers discussing this year's theme, "Dictators and Dissidents: Should the West choose sides?" include Senators Joseph Lieberman (I-CT) and Jon Kyl (R-AZ), Daniel Glaser, Assistant Secretary of Treasury for Terrorist Financing, Ambassador Robert Ford, U.S. Ambassador to Syria, and Bret Stephens, Deputy Editor of The Wall Street Journal's editorial page, along with a who's who of experts from Congress, the intelligence and foreign policy communities and the diplomatic corps.
