Opening Doors to Government in the Cloud

As government agencies pursue OMB’s Cloud First policy, Federal CIOs are taking a hard look at issues like vendor lock-in, contract incongruity, data ownership, and reporting and policy compliance. Coupled with the Federal CIO’s recent Digital Services Playbook with its Default to Open mandate, agencies are looking to move to the cloud using more agile, open approaches.
