Small Business Conference 2015

Named “One of the Six Must-Attend Conferences for Small-Business Owners” by Intuit’s Quick Books, ACT-IAC’s annual Small Business Conference is an educational and training event tailored for small business leaders and entrepreneurs within the Federal and IT industries. SBC 2015 will provide foundational ideas for attendees on how to expand their portfolios through engagement, collaboration, and actions from both government and industry. The conference will outline a robust roadmap to guide small businesses as they delve into the complex workings of the government ecosystem.

This year’s SBC will feature:

• Breakout Sessions: The educational, informative sessions around four key topic areas on Exporting; Technology Transformation; Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer; and Back to the Basics will take the small business to the next level.
   
• Opportunity Pipeline: There will be bona fide and forecasted opportunities available for small businesses to learn about from a program and acquisition perspective. There will also be short presentations about Commercial Market Penetration; Incubating Arrangements for Veteran Owned Companies; and Contractor Opportunities.
   
• Emerging Technology Fair: This showcase will allow exhibitors from new and established companies to highlight their newest products.
