ACT-IAC General Membership Meeting

Please join us for our final ACT-IAC General Membership Meeting of the year on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Tyson's Corner Marriott, 8028 Leesburg Pike, Tysons, VA 22182.

Our featured program session will address Workforce of the Future - Bracing for the Impact, a  session that we recently held at this year's Executive Leadership Conference (ELC).  

Gen Z is already here but would do we get the best from them and get them to stay in government?  The new workforce is energetic, wants to work from home bring their own device (or cloud or dog), work with tools they know and love (Facebook, Google, Slack, etc).  They want to come in, work on an exciting project, do something meaningful, have an impact then leave to go do something new, somewhere else  How do we prepare for that?   This session will give your agency or company ideas on how to develop a plan to implement or strengthen a corporate culture task force as a means of retaining top talent.

Speakers include Mika Cross, Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) at Federal Housing Finance Agency and Bill Fischer, Growth matters.  Both lead ACT-IAC's Human Capital Community of Interest Group. Stay tuned for additional speakers.
