This workshop will discuss the topic of strategizing for successful teaming. The course will cover best practices for companies to become teaming partners and sub-contractors to increase their share of the federal business. Leveraging public data and government sites for teaming partners, competitive intel and contact information will be reviewed. Additionally, Ms. Schaus will discuss common pitfalls related to teaming and how to structure sound agreements. Attendees will walk away with actionable items to implement in their business plan.

Jennifer Schaus is the founder and principal with Jennifer Schaus & Associates. She oversees the business and provides consulting on GSA Schedule matters, federal business development and marketing.Jennifer Schaus began her business career in 1996 with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation eventually moving to the firms Government Sales Division in Rosslyn, Virginia. She stayed in a federal sales and business development role with other data firms, technology companies, physical security manufacturers and more. With a passion for entrepreneurship Jennifer started her business to capitalize on her knowledge of the complex market and helping businesses succeed in government contracting.
