HHS National Cybersecurity Awareness Month Event

Join us for a department-wide National Cybersecurity Forum with the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) & all of their Operation Divisions (OpDivs)!

The purpose of the event is to raise awareness about the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information, to promote individual control over personally identifiable information, encourage compliance with privacy laws and regulations and encourage dialogues among stakeholders interested in advancing data protection and privacy.

In accordance with Cybersecurity Awareness Month, the theme for this event is “Do Your Part. #BeCyberSmart.” This event will feature sessions from government and industry, as well as hacking demonstrations and Virtual Escape Rooms! (See below for Escape Room sponsorship opportunities)

HHS has 11 Operating Divisions (OpDivs), including eight agencies in the U.S. Public Health Service and three human services agencies. These divisions administer a wide variety of health and human services and conduct life-saving research for the nation, protecting and serving all Americans.
