Women Empowering Women

Women in today's era, more than previous times, are navigating pathways to more senior management and executive positions, while managing their work and home life, their steps in growth, and their selected roles, especially in fields where women are underrepresented.

The second annual Women in Leadership Forum will focus on the techniques and steps of how women in primarily male-dominated organizations or agencies have achieved success in moving up the the corporate ladder.  This forum will provide processes and techniques to educate the next generation of business leaders by sharing practical ideas, success stories, and innovative suggestions.

  • Understand how minorities have overcome challenges and the steps that were taken to move into a successful, rewarding management career
