State and local agencies aren't short on ambition, they're short on visibility. When planning, resources and financials live in different places, the mission suffers. ServiceNow gives your teams one place to plan, prioritize and execute—across IT, facilities, operations and beyond.
Join us for a live walkthrough of the Australia release, built around the scenarios your agency actually faces. See how government teams are breaking down silos and finally getting a clear line of sight from strategy to execution.

Join us for a hands-on, in-person workshop where IT asset, operations and portfolio leaders come together to streamline visibility, reduce risk and turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes.
This interactive event brings together ServiceNow customers and experts to show how Strategic Portfolio Management & Enterprise Architecture (SPM), IT Asset Management (HAM, SAM, EAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) unite on a single platform — so your teams can cut through complexity, eliminate silos and move from insight to action faster.

Adversaries have taken to cyberspace to conduct continuous confrontations. Protecting cyber assets requires more than a single entity, it demands multiple organizations. Join us for this three-day event and interact with IT professionals, hear from experts and develop solutions to ensure technology can connect people to information.

Revenue growth isn't just a sales challenge — it's a cross-functional one. When quoting, fulfillment, and customer service run on disconnected systems, deals stall, margins erode and customers churn before the ink dries on renewal.
ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) are purpose-built to close that gap. Together, they create a seamless quote-to-cash experience — from accurate, AI-assisted configuration and pricing, through frictionless order management, to proactive post-sale service that drives retention and expansion.
Whether you're a business leader focused on top-line growth, an IT leader rationalizing your CRM stack, or a service leader accountable for retention — this session will show you what's possible when your revenue journey runs end to end on ServiceNow.
In this session, you'll learn how ServiceNow CRM helps your organization:
- Accelerate deal velocity with guided selling and automated approvals that cut quote cycle times
- Eliminate revenue leakage by connecting sales commitments directly to service delivery
- Deliver proactive customer experiences that reduce churn and surface upsell opportunities at the right moment
- Empower every team — sales, service and operations — with AI-powered insights on a unified platform

- Deflecting IT and HR tickets before they become backlogs
- Resolving employee requests in seconds — not days
- Connecting IT, HR and shared services through one AI front door
- Live demo: Real end-to-end requests, handled by AI
